Terms & Disclaimers

rabsberries is an independent dietary search and price comparison tool that helps UK shoppers find supermarket products by ingredient exclusions, allergens and dietary preferences. rabsberries is not a food manufacturer, distributor or supermarket retailer.

• Not medical or nutritional advice. Ingredient breakdowns, allergen alerts, FODMAP classifications and Glycaemic Index (GI) ratings are for general information only and are not medical, dietary or clinical advice.
• Always check the physical packaging. Manufacturers change recipes, factories and "may contain" warnings without notice. If you have severe allergies, coeliac disease, intolerances or a medical condition, always read the pack before buying or eating.
• Indicative ratings. FODMAP and GI ratings are based on typical ingredient research. Individual tolerance varies.

• Ingredient lists, allergen declarations and pack photos are sourced from Open Food Facts under the Open Database License (ODbL v1.0). Pack images are available under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licences (CC-BY-SA 3.0 / CC-BY 4.0).
• We normalise and check catalogue data, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or freshness of third-party or crowd-sourced entries.
• Spotted an incorrect ingredient list, allergen or image? Contact us or submit a correction to Open Food Facts.

• All brand names, product titles, supermarket names (including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Waitrose, Ocado and Marks & Spencer) and packaging designs are the trademarks and property of their respective owners.
• They are referenced only to identify genuine products, state factual ingredient information and indicate where products are sold.
• Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those brands or supermarkets.

• Prices are labelled either as recorded snapshots (with the date recorded) or as indicative estimates.
• Shelf, online, multi-buy and loyalty prices change regularly. We do not guarantee prices or stock at any store.
